Omagh Depot
Our Omagh depot situated at Donnell & Ellis Heavy Haulage stocks circa 2000 tonnes of hot rolled sheet, floorplate/chequer, and reversing mill plate in Structural Grades S275JR/S355JR/J2 + Abrasion/Wear Resistant plate.
Our facility allows us to hold a large stock profile of standard and some non-standard sheets/plate sizes which can be available for same day collections and next day delivery. We take great pride and delight in knowing we can offer a fantastic, prompt service across the North and into the South.

Hot Rolled Sheet
We stock sheet/plate in the following sizes and grades:
- DD11/S235JR/S275JR/S355JR
- 2500 x 1250 x 2mm – 20mm
- 3000 x 1500 x 2mm – 40mm
- 4000 x 1830 x 3mm – 12mm
- 4000 x 2000 x 3mm – 40mm
- 5000 x 2000 x 5mm – 20mm
- 6000 x 2000 x 5mm – 20mm
- Other sizes on request
We also often stock non-standard widths/thicknesses / mill over rolling’s which can show cost savings against standard mill rolled sizes. Sizes not shown can be sourced / taken from our coil stocks and offered on request.
Reversing Mill Plate
We stock sheet/plate in the following sizes and grades:
- S275JR
- 5mm – 50mm
- Widths – 1500-3000m
- Lengths – 1000-12000m
- S355J2+N
- 5mm – 50mm
- Widths – 1500-3000m
- Lengths – 1000-12000m
We also stock from 5mm – 100mm in our St Helens depot. We have several vehicles each week crossing the Irish Sea, so are able to supply all thicknesses directly from our St Helens Depot if not available in Omagh.
Chequer Plate
We stock chequer plate also known as floor plate / in the following grades and thicknesses:
- S275JR
- 2500 x 1250 x 3mm-8mm
- 3000 x 1500 x 3mm-8mm
Other sizes of Chequer/Floorplate can be sourced / cut from coil on request.
Abrasion Resistant and High Strength Plate
We stock Abrasion Plate (Hear Wearing) in grade 400 as standard and can supply 450 and 500 on request.

Other Services
De-Coiling
De-coiling can be offered to allow cutting sheets to our customers specific length requirements (up to 14000mm in some cases!). We’re able to source coils from our suppliers/stock that can range up to 25mm in a variety of standard widths or we can also source from non-standard widths which can often show cost savings. Our UK based processing partners pride themselves on providing the highest quality service and product from a modern range of de-coiling machinery.
Bespoke Mill Rolling
We have partnered up with UK and EU mills to allow us to offer our customers with bespoke mill rolling on reversing mill plate. We have a number of partners, as each mill offers a variety of different products, meaning we will be able to help on almost any enquiry we receive.

Genesis Steel (Omagh) is able to provide profile services to our valued customers. We can provide high quality steel plate profiling and processing services throughout the UK and Ireland. Through our business network we can offer Laser Cutting, Plasma Cutting & Flame Cutting. We supply to a wide range of industries including architectural, nuclear, automotive, construction, general engineering and more.
